I only offer refunds to defective items, or mistakes made on my part. Make sure that you check your sizing, order of initials and/or spelling before you place your order.
Because of the custom nature of these items all items are non-returnable and non-refundable except in the event that an error was made on the seller's end. While I believe my shirts run true to size, you are responsible for choosing the correct size. A size chart is posted with each listing. I will not accept returns due to items not fitting.
If you are returning something that is not personalized, you must return it before I issue a refund. Please note that we do NOT issue refunds on personalized items as they cannot be resold.
In no instance will you be able to keep and item and get a refund.

Hi! I'm Ashley! I hand print and bleach everything to order. DO NOT WASH YOUR SHIRTS ON HOT OR WARM, WASH INSIDE OUT ON DELICATE OR THE IMAGE WILL FADE!!!!!!!! Do not use Oxy Clean or Fabric Softner, ESP on the first wash. I thank you so much for shopping small - especially with the current Pandemic. I hand make everything in Nesbit, Mississippi. Processing time sits at 2-3 weeks (currently closer to 2). If you need your order sooner, please place a rush order. Click to Rush - so you can purchase the listing. Items that are bleached, or personalized, may take a little longer - dependent on the weather! Again, thank you so much :) I appreciate every single one of you!
Please note that if you purchase priority shipping, that's with USPS, and insures your item with their company. It does not decrease production time. The rush order decreases production time.
You have 48 hours to cancel your order before processing begins. After that time frame, IT IS TOO LATE TO CANCEL.
